1775 Broadway transforms into 3 Columbus Circle
This project is the revamping of the turn of the century GM building into a state of the art office tower. This location, set on south west corner of Central Park, boasts expansive views of the Manhattan skyline and central park.
Gamma is installing a glass curtain wall with custom louvers and illuminated corners over the existing brick, This project is being performed with only limited demolition which offers the best of both worlds to the owner. The existing brick will remain which will significantly lower demolition costs and also adds to the insulation value of the building.
After completion this building will become the gem of Columbus Circle.
